Join us in Suwanee on June 9th as we run/walk/jog
in honor and memory of Margaret Gilbert
who lost her battle with Stage 4 breast cancer at the age of 41 on April 21st 2009. She fought hard for 2 1/2 years.. She was well known in the Swim community-St. Pius and Gwinnett County Swim League. She was a true inspiration to everyone she met!!

5K Run/Walk and Fun Run will be held in Suwanee, Georgia
All funds raised go to the Susan G. Komen Foundation via the Gilbert Girls team who will be walking
The 3-Day in October in Atlanta.
The Date:
JUNE 9, 2012
5K begins at 8:00 a.m. Fun Run to immediately follow.
The Course:
New faster, flatter course this year.
Race begins and ends at North Gwinnett Church on West Price Road in Suwanee
Location:

Times:
7:00 a.m. Registration Begins
8:00 a.m. 5K starts
Awards:
Participants who register by June 2nd will be guaranteed to receive a race t-shirt and goodie bag. Participants who register after June 2nd may receive a shirt and goodie bag on an availability basis.
Awards are Men and Women 1st Overall as well as 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards for men and women will be given in 5 year increments from 10 and under all the way to 65 and up.
Cost:
$25 if registered before 6/2/2011 (includes t-shirt)
$28 after 6/2 and $30 day of race
FUN RUN: Cost is $12.00. Parents who wish to run BOTH races may do so at no additional cost.
Run in honor or memory of someone - for an additional $10 you can have that person's name printed on the race shirt!
